Biography
Manny Tan Sy a Bachelor Degree of Science in Electrical Engineer, a well known professor in Information Technology here and abroad. They called it walking computer brain with unlimited internal power supply. Who can teach without pilot course , no projector, no books beside him, only chalk/ white board marker and eraser. He started teaching when he was still in third college while managing his import/ export business international with 175 countries importer & exporter group of companies and members in his expensive based office in Makati financial district. He also compbined the computer training and he gained almost 15,000 students. While organizing international traders and helping the entrepreneur to start their own business in management, marketing, computerized accounting, advertising with his computerized brain. He developed these kind of skills in computer technology when he was accidentally reading and playing several books of his engineer brother Danilo Sy ( a topnotcher of Bachelor of Science in Electronic and Communication Engineering) at the age of 7 years old.
That's why he believed in developing the children at the early age to learn computer technology in order to learn effectively their reading, writing, math, analysis and verbal communication. While the youth level to develop them in the market place for better job. Including the adult community to start or upgrade their skill in information technology for job or business opportunity. Including the senior citizen , to enjoy their life to communicate to their relatives and friends locally or international. Also one of the most exciting project for entrepreneurs in order to survive in their business in this downturn economy by using technology to speed up their marketing, management, accounting, graphics design for their advertising and website information for better exposure of their product and services not only locally but also globally.
Cora D. Sy (his wife -a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Nursing) with one 10 years old daughter -Reina Sy (The daugther who are presently actively teaching the kids group and amazingly start teaching some adult students in graphics and word processing software at present) founded the Mancor Foundation Inc in April 2002 approved by Federal and State to help poor or low income children , youth, adult and senior in information technology.
